For a budget motel this site hit all the right targets. It’s well located for travelers, it’s clean,quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was included in the price of the room, a price that was very reasonable, and was equivalent to most other sites that offer breakfast. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, eggs and sausage. The eggs tasted like real eggs, not powdered. I thought it was a good stop.

Breakfast was great! The location is quiet. Several food services nearby. The desk clerk was friendly and patiently worked through a computer glitch. She promised cookies, handed us water, and told us there was more if we needed it. The bathroom was quite nice. tub seemed new. Temperature of room stayed very comfortable. The town of Blackwell had good food, a cool museum, interesting stop on our journey.

The convenience of location from the interstate. The relatively quiet place. The look and feel was clean and inviting. Enjoyed the pool time. Bed was comfortable and linens were great! And, I was very happy to have a real breakfast offering back on the ticket! Thank you

The location is ideal. The staff was amazing on helping us adjust rooms. Breakfast is great.

This was my 5th winter stay, and as usual everything was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and yes, there even was MEAT!

Quiet. They were short staffed. And the person handling breakfast didnt show. But the young lady there was working exceptionally hard to check people out and take care of the breakfast at the sa.e time. She needs to be commended.
